This Easter, we invite you to enjoy The Barö’s award-winning gastronomy in the comfort of your own home. We have curated a luxurious four-course menu where the finest seasonal ingredients meet the tranquility of the archipelago.

 

Let our head chef prepare your festive meal – all that remains for you is the final touch and the enjoyment.

 

Gourmet Menu (€74 / person)
  • Venison tataki, fresh white currant & black garlic

  • Braised pike-perch, velvety lobster sauce & spring asparagus

  • A selection of Finnish artisan farm cheeses & fig–blackcurrant compote

  • Almond marquise, salted caramel & seasonal blood orange

  • The Bergin archipelago bread & whipped butter

Complete the experience with caviar (15 g), potato pancakes, and sour cream (+€120, serves 2–4 people).
