Responsibility and transparency

At The Barö, we always act responsibly, honestly, and with respect for one another.
We want to ensure that any misconduct, unethical behaviour, or illegal actions can be reported safely and confidentially.

Through this reporting channel, anyone – an employee, partner, or stakeholder – can report suspected misconduct or actions that are not in line with The Barö’s values or the law.

All reports are handled carefully, confidentially, and independently. The reports are received and processed by The Barö’s Sustainability Director.

Providing additional information or attachments

If you wish to supplement your report with attachments (such as an image, email, or document), you can send them separately to the following address:

Information sent by email is handled with the same confidentiality as reports submitted through the form. Sending an email is completely voluntary. If you wish to remain anonymous, do not include any personal information in the message.

Processing and protection

All reports are handled independently and fairly.
The Sustainability Director assesses the situation and initiates an investigation if necessary. The whistleblower is protected by law from any form of retaliation. The Barö does not tolerate any form of discrimination, pressure, or disadvantage as a result of a report.
