Our Chef's Table evenings continue around three different themes - we get to enjoy our own team's themed menus, visits from wine importors and guest tastings.
Our own chef Lauri Saarikoski has created two menu sets, the themes of which are the sea and the forest. For the wine producers' dinner, we have guests from Antinori and Gustave Lorenz winimpoters. Future guest chefs include e.g. Wilma Wilms from restaurant atNordhem in Gothenburg, young chef of the year Otto Hietamies from Kulta Kitchen, kitchen manager Tero Mäntykangas of Lapland Hotels, Kari Aihinen of Roster and Serko Rantanen of BoomNam & Lily Lee.
