A total of 14 proposals were submitted to the Aalto University student competition within the deadline.

Among them, there were fresh and diverse suggestions for the solutions of the hotel’s various buildings. Many proposals successfully considered the site’s nature and views, as well as the requirements of modular construction. Several entries also pleasantly aimed to create a delicate and focused architectural atmosphere fitting for an ecological nature hotel.

The jury unanimously decided to award two first prizes: one for the best main building and one for the best hotel module, along with one honorable mention for the best overall concept.

1st price, the best hotel module design goes to HAVUHAVINA

1st price,the best main building design goes to MUSTAHERUKKA

Honorable mention for the best overall concept goes to LAINE
